I would not hesitate to recommend James from Canspec for a home inspection. If I require any home inspection in the future I would definitely use him again. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the deficiencies he found, how they should be fixed and how to maintain the house in the long term. Well after he performed the inspection, he continues to make himself available for follow up questions and even returned to the house to inspect a problem that was not evident at the time of the original inspection.
