After reading the reviews on Homestars, I had an exterior window inspection done by Canspec and was not disappointed. The thorough inspection was carried out by Dave Smith, who is professional, courteous and personable. He pointed out and explained the problems during the process, patiently answered my questions, and went over the report in detail with me before sending it electronically. The report is clear, thorough, well-written, well-documented, and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Canspec (and of course Dave Smith) for home inspections.
