I have recommended Canspec to many of my clients, with good results.
I had James provide a pre-listing inspection on my own home, before I listed for sale. It is great dealing with a professional and it gave us an objective look at house and any potential problems, many of which were an easy fix.
It is worth it and it relieved the stress of any issues developing after the sale. The report was easily available on line and helped potential buyers to assess the home and their interest in making an offer. After a few days we had 2 buyers competing and are looking forward to our move.
