We were looking to replace our tank water heater, we were renting, with a tankless model. Called Convertible and got an appointment the next day for an onsite quote. Chris called me beforehand to say he was on his way. I asked Chris about the two different companies I was considering and he did an inspection and indicated that both were possible. He did not try to upsell, was very honest and I asked him for a recommendation between the two and he gave me his opinion. I would say the quote I received was very competitive. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in the time they had indicated. They were meticulous. First time I have done business with Convertible and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and recommend them to others. Great company to deal with.

Excellent installation by technicians and excellent new furnace.
Technicians were courteous, quick, and very neat. They installed the unit with all external piping very unobtrusive. Better than expected. Also, they removed all work debris and swept up after the install.
Their costs also were slightly cheaper than other quotes. What's not to like? Convertible also installed my tankless water heater about a year ago. Same quality work done back then.

We just had all three: AC, furnace, and HWT replaced by Chris's team in April of 2018 and have been satisfied with all units as well as the installation.
