Ben from 2B Wired answered our call promptly. We wanted some electrical wiring for our new back porch and step lights. We needed the work done within a tight timeline and he provided us an onsite quote on short notice. My wife and I decided to go forward with 2B Wired and we are glad we did. Ben was very professional and offered expert advice on high quality pot lights. He also gave us important advice on our electrical panel and did the work during the same visit. He did the most important thing you could do, he was very responsive and kept his promise by showing up when he said he would. I know it’s surprising, but this is very rare these days. We would definitely hire 2B Wired again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I hired Ben and 2BWired to install two lamp posts in my front and back yard. It’s a bit of a complex project (pouring concrete, digging trenches, running wires to the panel etc. ). Other electricians I contacted didn’t have the expertise (sometimes their assessment, sometimes mine), tried to talk me into a quicker, easier (for them) solution or quoted a price that was over the moon.
Not Ben. He clearly knew his stuff and welcomed the project. Ben is that rare breed of contractor who shows up when he says he will, is reachable and communicative, sticks to his timeline, and does excellent work at a reasonable price. What else could you ask for? I was so pleased with the work on the lamp posts that I rehired 2BWired to upgrade my panel and electrical service. Again, excellent work completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Ben and 2BWired and would not hesitate to call them the next time I require electrical work.

Electrician knows what he is doing but pricey.
Very challenging to get him back to finish - constantly putting us in between other jobs for the main work. (Rewiring entire house - held up other crew working).
Did not respond to us in a timely manner - telling us he was doing us a favour finishing things.
Took pictures of our home and posted them without asking us.
Recorded a family member and played it to staff at a local coffee shop who promptly told our family
about it ....
Job started in May and still not finished up at end of August..... has our money though.....

Excellent job installing a new ceiling fan in my bedroom. They also did several other small electrical jobs around the house. They have worked for me on several ocassionas and I highly recommend their services.

Used Ben and his team to upgrade/rewire main panel and for pool installation. Team was professional and responsive. They also followed up quickly on a couple of minor issues and fixed them quickly.

Called these guys after taking down a ceiling light and to my surprise there was knob and tube connections. They came out the next day to hook it up as I was just uncomfortable doing it myself. Since then I have called them back to do a panel upgrade and other small jobs. Great people, friendly and I thihk their price is about average. Overall, I would call them back to do more work.
