Poor Window installation inspection
Mike was great, felt very comfortable right from the beginning until we said good bye. He's very knowledgable about everything that has to do with a home. Answers any question honestly and keeps it simple. Mike inspected a poor window installation I had done 1.5 years ago and was having constant water leaking issues when it got cold outside, didn't take Mike long to find numerous problems that all contributed to my water leaking issues. Mike had all the right equipment with him to do his job properly and competently. The installer that performed the job was standing there while Mike was showing how not to do his job, the installer was dumb founded and speechless. Nice to have a guy like Mike to go to bat for you against these companies. Mikes final report was thorough with great pictures and explanations of all the problem areas. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to Recommemd Mike to anyone needing anything inspected and double checked with there home.
