Mike is a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. It was almost -30 and he still climbed to check the roof. He spent more than enough time to explain things to us in a way that we can simply understand. He knows all the things to check and it did not take him too long to notice things we could've ever find.
He is one of the best inspectors you can find in Calgary and its areas.
