We hired Anjac Construction to do a basement reno for us. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. From start to finish Andrew, Steve and the rest of their team met and exceeded all of our expectations. Andrew was truly able to bring our vision for this space to life.
Anytime we had questions he made the time to listen and always offered solutions and design suggestions when my husband and I were stumped! Among these very important solutions & suggestions, was incorporating 2 built-in walk-thru access openings for a cats!!!
Andrew and his team were always on time and extremely tidy. There was never a moment when we found the reno disruptive. It was always reassuring to see constant progress on the job and Andrews presence on a daily basis was a testament to his commitment to oversee this project and maintain the integrity and quality work Anjac is known for.
After encountering a hiccup with our cabinet order (thru one of the box stores) I was stressed and frustrated. While I worked on resolving the issue, Andrew remained understanding, helpful and flexible. Once again, reassuring us that he actually cared about the project completion and that he wanted to see his clients happy.
Everybody wants a finished basement that is absolutely amazing to hang out in with family & friends and that is exactly what Andrew and the Anjac team gave us. We are looking forward to enjoying this space for many many years to come!
