Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Please read all the reviews carefully, and make your choice accordingly. When I called Sasha from Accurate Movers, I thought I was making a sound decision as there were only two positive reviews about this company, so what could be possibly go wrong so terribly?
They showed up an hour late, and unlike what Sasha had promised me that her two guys were very quick and efficient, they were not quick, let alone being effieient! They would smoke cigarettes or text messages evry half an hour and would disappear for about 15 minutes.We were moving out from a 700 sqf appartment in downtown Calgary. How many pieces of furniture can you fit in a tiny 700 sqf condo? Not many for sure, but it took them 5 hours to do the job. Not to mention that when I went downstairs to talk to Sasha about her guys, she started yelling at me while her employees were smoking and killing time. She was exteremely rude to me, my husband and even to condo maintanance people who were just trying to help her to park her truck! They described her as "irrational and rude". It was a vey bad experience, and my husband and I decided to make a complain to their association as well.
Moving is quite stressful, and I don't think you need additional stress of dealing with "PIRATES". I have done customer services jobs, and I had to manage desperate, angry or frustrated customer. And that's what you expect from a good customer service. We get enoght hard time making money, and it is not justified to still getting hard time when spending that money.
