Imperial Sealing

Gianni did some work for us last year and we were very pleased with it. This year a couple of issues arose ( a loose stone and some discoloration of the sealant ) and we contacted Gianni and he came out and made things right . It is great to see that he stands by his work . Great customer service

We hired Gianni after receiving several quotes for our hardscaping project. The project included: removing existing pavers and chipping off ugly stone off front porch and excavating into our backyard to expand the back patio; grading and applying appropriate layers of various stone to achieve proper grading away from our house, installing pavers across ~1000sq ft, installing several steps where the grade required it, installing a retaining wall and expanding our steps and covering the porch in natural stone.

We were a bit nervous about going with Gianni as we couldn’t find any reviews for him doing this type of work but appreciated our discussion during the quote process and his price was very fair.

Gianni and his guys were fantastic. Right away we uncovered an issue that required extra time to get done and Gianni and team worked late and on a Saturday in order to ensure the original 2-week timeline was not impacted. We were sticklers for the details and he listened and adjusted for all of our requests where it was possible. We had some grouchy neighbours who he also handled expertly (better than we could have!)

Could not say enough positive things about Gianni and his team for this type of work. 10/10 would recommend!

We contacted Gianni at Imperial based on reviews at Homestars. He replied quickly and was also able to start the work quickly. We had extensible interlocking stone in our yard and around our patio that had a lot of weeds growing in it and needed cleaning and resanding and sealing as we hadn’t done this in many years. Gianni and his team did a great job. We also had a flagstone walkway and porch in the front yard that had been damaged by another company using the wrong type of sealer on it. Gianni said he could fix it even though other companies said they couldn’t. He did fix it and it looks like new again so we are very happy. He and his team were all great to deal with and we would highly recommend.

Gianna and team did an amazing job across the entire project. We had a small patio and wished to expand. after consulting them they provided great advice and a few ideas to explore. We have huge rocks that I wanted to get rid but they repurposed them and they all look great. Once the work started they were professional and kept us in the loop on progress. The end result was an great patio and sitting area in the back

I contacted Gianni at Imperial service after reading the glowing reviews on Homestars, after a completely botched re-sanding job for my backyard patio interlock by another contractor. Unfortunately this gentleman did such a sloppy job, my wife and I were mortified by the result. Thank God we called Imperial Sealing. Gianni was very responsive from my initial inquiry and throughout the entire process, was polite, respectful, and like others have said, truly a gentleman. He took the time to actually listen and understand our concerns, and genuinely cared to address them. We had him power wash and re-sand our patio and he restored our patio to the way it was when it was installed. Gianni and his crew were not only excellent at their craft, but do honest work with integrity, something that is very rare nowadays. I’m so happy to have found someone that is reliable, great at what they do, and just a good person. I will definitely be calling Gianni again for all interlock-related needs going forward, and would rate Imperial Sealing 20/10 stars if I could. I received quotes from two other companies who only quoted to remove and replace my existing Driveway, at a premium cost. Gianni from Imperial came to do a quote, and suggested adding a little new interlock but keep most of the existing. He took up the entire driveway, re-leveled the crushed stone, cleaned each brick, and relayed them. Then sealed them. There aren't many words to describe how beautiful it turned out. The whole job worked out as quoted. Gianni and his team are professional, prompt, and excellent at what they do. Highly recommended.

Gianni, owner of Imperial Sealing is incredible. We were so impressed with his service from start to finish. As soon as we reached out to him he responded the same day. He was able to add us into his schedule right away and began the following day.
He arrived with his associates early in the morning and on time to start and put in a full day each day of the project.
They cleaned, sanded and sealed our interlocking brick and sealed our natural stone steps.
We have already gotten compliments from our neighborhood.
