We hired Gianni after receiving several quotes for our hardscaping project. The project included: removing existing pavers and chipping off ugly stone off front porch and excavating into our backyard to expand the back patio; grading and applying appropriate layers of various stone to achieve proper grading away from our house, installing pavers across ~1000sq ft, installing several steps where the grade required it, installing a retaining wall and expanding our steps and covering the porch in natural stone. We were a bit nervous about going with Gianni as we couldn’t find any reviews for him doing this type of work but appreciated our discussion during the quote process and his price was very fair. Gianni and his guys were fantastic. Right away we uncovered an issue that required extra time to get done and Gianni and team worked late and on a Saturday in order to ensure the original 2-week timeline was not impacted. We were sticklers for the details and he listened and adjusted for all of our requests where it was possible. We had some grouchy neighbours who he also handled expertly (better than we could have!) Could not say enough positive things about Gianni and his team for this type of work. 10/10 would recommend!
