We had Krumpers Solar Blinds installed 2 years ago, and I had always meant to write a review, but simply never got around to it. Last week, I had called Diana & Yury with a question, and they immediately made an appointment to come to our house to follow up. That kind of service demands an excellent review.
We have a west-facing house, with many huge windows, and a wonderful view. While we desperately needed protection from the sun, heat, and cold --- I was loathe to live in darkness and give up our lovely view. The solar blinds were an excellent solution. I can still enjoy watching the birds, wildlife, flowers and the changing seasons with the blinds down ---- and at the same time, our house is kept cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
Diana and Yury have gone way beyond the call of duty in the way of expert advice, professionalism, and personal service calls ---- we were unsure of changing them the very first time, and Yury immediately came over and personally showed us.
