I have had an ongoing business relationship with Bowers Plumbing for a number of years. David Bowers and his crew take pride in their work; are diligent, trustworthy, respectful and provide high quality service at a reasonable rate. Due to David's and his crew's professionalism, this is one of the few, of many contractors that I do business with, that I am comfortable recommending to people.
Unlike people reading these reviews and the site itself, I have personal knowledge of the details involving the interactions between Bowers Plumbing and the person that posted a negative review on 09/20/17. I am disgusted by this posting, as it is less than truthful, defamatory and has the potential to negatively impact this business financially, as well as damage their stellar reputation.
Although the site protects their business with the disclaimer "The reviews on this page are the subjective opinion of the Author and not of HomeStars Inc." It is disappointing and irresponsible that the site does not afford businesses the chance to protect themselves and allow them a rebuttal, prior to, not after, a review has been posted by a disgruntled customer.
