We have used other professional painting companies and have had good service with little problems. Encore's price was a little higher, but we decided to go with them based on the personable and professional proposal. Encore raised the bar for customer service with a great manager to answer any questions. The painter was very conscientious and paid attention to details. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Ive never been so impressed as i have been working with Encore Painting, the production staff Dave and the painters. Jon was great helping me choose colours and even painted a few samples on my walls so i could see how they looked in different lights. Unfortunately during the job we had a family emergency, i asked to put the job on hold as it wasnt a good time to have painters in the house. Dave did a great job working around my schedule and was great with being in constant communication with me. When i was ready to go again he had the painters back in to finish the job right away. I literally called Jon and Dave everyday to let them know how amazingly happy i was, the transformation was above and beyond everything i expected. From start to finish this job was a huge success, thank you to the Encore team!

the quote we got was much less then a comparison quote and we are very happy with the results. Jon was recommended to us from a retired painter and Jons staff have done a wonderful job putting a fresh coat on the walls. The painters were clean and courteous and it was pleasure to deal with them. Would highly recommend!

We've used Jon Sarafinchin and his company, Encore Painting Ltd., for many paint jobs over the years and we know that his team of painters will do a fantastic job. They are courteous, detailed, tidy and always willing to touch up any little detail requested and help restore the room. After painting our kitchen this Spring 2011, we decided to include the dining room, and we are extremely happy with the colour recommended and the work completed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the staff at Encore Painting. Polite, courteous and very receptive to pointers and my concerns. The job was done quickly and continuously and were happy with the colour and finish. We bought a condo that had been previously used as a rental unit for several years, needless to say there was more then just painting that needed to be done. The amount of prep that was done was astonishing and the attention to detail to make sure that all holes and cracks were filled was impressive. Then the paint went on, i've kept the before pictures on our coffee table because i enjoy showing friends what a disaster the unit looked like before Jon and his painters helped transform it into a livable space.
