Ted arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable about all aspects of inspection process and things to watch out for during the inspection. He took me around the home and pointed out any causes of concern and remedies to repair issues found. He was fairly quick and thorough in his inspection. His inspections include a thermo imaging scan of the home and a detailed report with pictures. I would recommend Ted to anyone requiring a home inspection.

I required an energy audit for renovations to be done in my home. New furnace, windows, air conditioning, etc. From the initial phone call to the office where the staff was very insiteful and answered all my questions to the field staff that came out to audit. I was given ideas on what I should install and what I shouldn't. They were very helpful in answering all my energy related questions.
