MAXgreen Windows, Siding And Roofing

In my own personal home I ordered new windows from Maxgreen to replace all original windows. I wasnt sure which glazing would help keep the suns heat out as well as what other opener configurations which would help allow more fresh air into home. Maxgreen was able to recommend the type of glazing, help me change some fixed windows to openers and have the windows delivered when promised. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and they arrived without any damage. I will continue to use Maxgreen as my window supplier on all my other jobs.

If anything to do with Windows, Doors and Roofing I will only recommend MAXgreen to anyone. Their support team is so fabulous. They came to my aid to repair my window which was installed by them 6 years ago and they did not charge me anything. I have used them to change all my windows, my roof and all my doors. They are a very reliable company and their support team very accommodative.

A couple of weeks ago I noticed the paint around the small decorative window in our front door was starting to chip away. I reached out to MAXgreen, who did the original installation of the door about 4 years ago, and they got me in touch with one of their Surface Experts, Jason. After working out an appointment time, Jason stopped by and completed the paint repair. He was friendly, efficient, and made the front door look as good as new. And all of this was free of charge because our warranty covered the repair. Once again, excellent customer service and fantastic quality of work from MAXgreen!

*The approximate cost I listed in this review is just a guess. MAXgreen notified me right away that this repair would be covered under warranty so I'm not sure what they would have charged for this type of repair.

Tomas and the team were terrific to work with, as we ordered windows for both our rental property and our primary residence. a total of 25+ windows all tolled! Every window we ordered fit perfectly and their product was very easy to work with. We self-installed. We would not hesitate to call Maxgreen again if our next property needs new windows too! The whole process went smoothly from 1st contact to after windows were installed. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The installers arrived on time and if they were going to be late, I received a phone call. They were polite, efficient and everything was cleaned up.

Ordered two new windows for my daughter's old house and the windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed quickly without any issues at all. I am a contractor and have used MAXgreen for many years and they have always provided the best service from sales, administration and installation. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

MaxGreen replaced our main windows some years ago and it was an easy decision to have them replace our basement windows. Good communication with the company throughout the project. The estimator and crew arrived when promised and the install was completed in one day. Fit and finish of the windows is excellent and the crew did a great job cleaning up once the job was completed. My new windows were intalled last summer. They were prompt, efficient and the quality of work was amazing. They also helped repair some rotten siding from a previous flower box. When I had an issue with one of my windows recently, they quickly rectified the situaiton. My heating bills were lower this winter and my house was warm! Thank you!
