PVC piping leak at the cleanout that had wrecked some drywall and carpet.
Sean C showed up from action auger and was very polite and informative right off the start. He spent time to go over with me how they charged for the job before coming in to the house.
Once showing him the leak he was very quick to quote the job and go over in fine detail what needed to be done. After agreeing to the quote he got right to work and explained to me what he was doing the whole time. Sean taught me a lot throughout the job and also during his home inspection that they do free of charge.
Sean was very polite to my wife and kids and also the dog. Customer service is something I always like to see and his knowledge and personality was some of the best I have seen.
