Brad and his crew were great - we needed his help fixing two leaks and installation of new roof cap shingles. Their response was quick. The leaks were easily found and the repairs/install were completed within a week of calling. Result? Not a drop of water from the huge rain we had on Wed. evening. The recent windstorm blew a few rows of shingles off my roof and left exposed wood. This was quickly followed by heavy rains which began leaking into our home, all in the span of 24 hours. I happened upon RoofRepairs.ca after reading glowing reviews about their service. I called right away and within two hours, Kim called me back to get all my info and schedule an appointment. The next "fastest" callback I had from a competitor was literally the next day... AFTER the folks at RoofRepairs.ca had completed the work. And what great work it was.

From the first moment of speaking with Kim on the phone, you know right away you're dealing with a quality, family-owned company that takes pride in its work and relationships with its clients. Her calm demeanor and exceptional professionalism helped ramp down my panic about my roof and the leakage, and helped dispel my fears. She then scheduled Dennis and Jeff to come to my home first-thing the next morning to do the repairs. They came earlier than expected (a GOOD thing!) and they did the job quickly, efficiently and honestly - showing me pictures of the impacted areas and the finished repair.

Though I didn't meet him, RoofRepairs.ca owner Brad should take immense pride in the fact that his family-run, small roofing business outshines any competitor and all the "major" roofing companies out there that we've ever dealt with.

Had a leaking ceiling from an ice dam on my townhouse roof. Brad and Dennis came promptly to investigate and repair and discuss future maintenance to ensure no more ice dams. Very happy with their service.

It's been really windy lately and we've been finding shingles in our backyard. I called Roof Repairs.ca today and reached Kim, directly. I explained my situation and that I'm not qualified to get on the roof to check, myself.
Kim explained the Roofing Repairs.ca approach to me and in an effort to assuage my fears, suggested that, in many cases, the shingles are from someone else's roof. Kim connected with Brad immediately after our call. I received a message confirming the appointment was booked and another one updating me when Brad was on the way. He arrived at my door within 45 minutes of my original call.
He was done his inspection within minutes of arriving, but not without a thorough look at both mine and my neighbours' roofs. He showed me pictures of my roof that, thankfully, showed it to be in good condition. Sorry for my neighbours, and thankful for Kim and Brad!

My chimney contractor recommended RoofRepairs.ca as folks who could quickly track down a leak in my roof. Long story short, they responded immediately and had effected the (minor but important) repair the next day. The price was much more than fair and a marked a welcome end to a somewhat stressful incident. Would happily recommend!

I had a slow water leak coming from the chimney for awhile now and didn't know who to call. Spoke to a chimney repair company and they highly recommended Brad from Roof Repairs. So, I called Brad and within a few hours, Kim called back to say Brad was on his way, wow, same day service.
Brad found some missing shingles under the flashing and within the hour, bought and installed a few shingles. The job looked great. Now, anything around the roof/chimney was water tight. The only other issue may come from the crown on the top of the chimney.
A week or so later, it rained and found less water coming into the basement. I called Brad that day and was shocked he was able to come over super quick. Back up on the roof, Brad found a gap between the crown and flue. He caulked the crack and didn't charge for the service call. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last few days have been raining and the basement is now dry. :-)
I highly recommend Brad for any roofing jobs in the future. 10/10

Roofrepairs did amazing job. Brad came same day to inspect and gave me details of work required and showed me pictures. Next day Tsering and Sonam came on time, were very professional, and completed the job on time. They ensured everything is clean afterwards. The office was very prompt and answered my calls and sent the invoice with before and after pictures. Happy customer! Amar
