I just me the installer at the home show craZY GUY I MIGHT ADDS thi guy did not speak english too well, but I CAN underastand what he was saying because i had lived with peploe whop spoke broken english. so one day he came over to do the installion but was good at instyalling phone lines well i said let do that for the ointernet service job was done adn i eas happyjoe
