We have a condo which is about 40 years old - original ceiling was stucco which had an extensive crack. Repairing the stucco would be messy, found the Laqfoil website and after investigating the process, we decided on using the reflective material in the general area and the mat to cover the bulkheads.
The ceiling now looks great and gives the rooms a much larger feel. Visitors not used to seeing a reflective sealing sometimes ask how we managed to get a double height room!!
