I had Modern PIRAIR to my home to perform a 'routine' duct cleaning. When the technition arrived he was faced with a more difficult task than expected. The tech could have made the decision not to perform the service and walk away but he empathized with my situation and completed the job with professionalizm and a smile. Thank you!
