They have a good website with prices that seem very reasonable but don't fall for it. After you fill out the quote page they'll get back to you in a week or so, very professional, but once you pay, they become impossible. The promised delivery date slips past and you'll discover that they are extremely delinquent returning phone calls and or emails. They will tell you numerous reasons for the delay and, in my case, after a month, they finally offered me a refund, to which I agreed, and so began 2 additional months of emails, phone calls and unmet promises. In the end they sent a refund check (I paid with credit card), drawn on a Canadian Bank in Canadian Dollars. I am stuck paying a conversation fee to my bank and will receive less money than I paid them -- the check still has not cleared their bank in Canada -- I only hope it is legitimate. If you do choose to purchase from Randy Howse be prepared for a ride that includes an extreme lack of any business integrity.
