Robert overcame a challenge during the installation without getting ruffled. He's easy to work with. Duration of main installation was 4 hours. It took so long because the pieces of the chandelier needed to be assembled and wired together. I then spent another 4 hours hanging the individual crystals myself. The end result looks great!

HI Simon, thanks for the review, yes it was a little tricky. You were lucky to have that carpenter onsite to assist. Thanks for the picture the Chandelier looks wonderful. It must of been a lesson in patience hanging the crystals.I'll drop you a line when we can return for the entrance chandelier
