Potlight Installation and Assorted Work
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Robert and Aaron, did all that an electrical service company should do and that we all should expect.
I called for estimate, Robert dropped by and did a thorough inspection and emailed me a detailed list and cost for work we discussed .
I approved the work and an appointment was made for installation.
Aaron the installer showed up on time, made some suggestions to have installation go smoother and worked around my schedule to complete the installation in a timely manner.
Electrical Inspections were passed 1st time, no hassles, and it seemed Redford Electric had a good working relationship and personal relationship with the Inspector and Municipality.
When given the bill there were no surprises, no additional charges that I had not approved.
On completion of the Project a follow up call was made to ensure all went well, and I am more than happy to give a glowing review to Robert Redford Electrical Services. They are an example how all Service companies should work.

Thanks Ed, for your wonderful response. I can tell you we have had many meetings regarding this exact process and it looks like the boys are following through. I couldn't of said it better myself lol
