AVOID THIS COMPANY !! I sure wish I knew about this site before going into business with Amcor ! Take my advice and look elsewhere! AMCOR has no customer service what-so-ever, the job started 2-1/2 months after they said they would and here we sit over six months later still waiting for them to do repairs because poor installation has caused ice damns in Nov/Dec/Jan making our roof leak inside our home. Macleod Windows, a company contracted by AMCOR, to install windows for us were great! However, 4 months after Macleod Windows did their job, we received a call from them wondering what we thought, to which we replied we were quite happy with their work and we asked them why. Macleod Windows informed us they hadn't been paid yet and were told by AMCOR we were not satisfied with the job and said it was incomplete. So there, they even BS their own subcontractors! The only saving grace we have is the fact that we did not completely pay this company for their work, so they have to come back and the repair list is only getting bigger! A FINAL NOTE, I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THEY'VE HAD 8 COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM THROUGH THE BBB IN LESS THEN A YEAR !!!
