Galaxy Windows

Windows replaced by Galaxy windows and doors was a stress free experience. Galaxy was recommended by my brother-in-law and they did not disappoint. The windows were excellent, the installers were very professional and the service overall were great. Great job. Thank you, guys. I would recommend Galaxy to anyone that needs new windows or doors.

I'd used Galaxy to fix my windows once before and found that they were reasonably priced and did a good job. More recently, I called Alex for an estimate of new entry door and he gave me some reasonable alternatives and his best recommendation. Then when we got down to logistics, he told me exactly what time and the cost of the job - and kept his word. Door was installed in 4 hours and I am very pleased with the job Oleg and his helper did. I would recommend Galaxy to anyone who needs a repair or a new door altogether.

After meeting Alex, 10 months ago, I asked him to replace some of my 50 year old windows. Galaxy were always accurate, I always was treated as the only customer. The inside and outside work was nicely detailed. Next we remodeled the basement, and all those windows were replaced and resealed. Recently I have contacted Alex to renovate my cottage windows. All jobs entailed a lot of labor, attention to detail, and removal of brick mould. Galaxy exceeded my expectations. Alex has been around a lot of years, and many residents in my neighborhood have also contracted him. I haven't heard a negative review yet!

Alex came to the house, explained how new windows and doors would be manufactured and installed and gave us a reasonable price. Sergio and his helper arrived a few weeks later to install the new windows and doors. They were polite, engaging and expert craftsmen and we had all new windows and gorgeous new french door in 2 days. Now we can see perfectly into our lovely garden. I highly recommend Galaxy as stress free experience with a fabulous result.

It is already 14 months passed as we installed new windows and doors with galaxy Windows. We just wanted to let you know that having had our new windows now for a full winter and summer, we are very happy with them. In the winter our heating bill truly was lower and there were no more drafts around the house. During the summer there was a lot of noise in the neighborhood with kids playing, dogs barking and people having parties late at night. All we had to do was to close the windows and we didn't hear anything at all! The new windows also reduced the amount of heat building up in the house during the summer (I'm sure the triple pane glass helped it too).
We love our front door and we've had many compliments on it.
I am also so glad that I stuck to my decision on having french doors instead of the sliding glass doors. During the summer I open up both doors to the deck and it's like the whole wall in the dining area is open to another living space. Love it!

I am writing to provide feedback on the service received on our recent installation of 17 new windows to our home. Alex was honest with us from the beginning to the end. He responded promptly to all of our emails and telephone inquiries and provided clear information about everything, from measurements being taken to the very thorough completion inspection and assurance of our complete satisfaction.
