Both the sales and installation people were very straightforward, honest and professional. We were under tight time constraints since we were trying to have the installation completed before we went away on vacation and they delivered. The work was completed on-time and the installers were very meticulous about the installation and the clean-up. The salesman stopped in to check on the installation and he also followed-up after the installation to ensure our satisfaction. Great service from start to finish.

My wife and I wanted to change our windows since last year and decided to get 4 quotes to educate ourselves. We had Dmitri from Galaxy Windows come and he was amazing. He spent about 2 hours with us answering all question and showing us samples. His quote was very competitive but his professionalism was most impressive. We decided to go ahead with him and he had Alex the installer come by to measure the windows who advised us he would call once the window were ready. We had 12 windows installed and 3 of them were bay windows. Alex mentioned that it would take two days and it did, and I must say the installers were amazing with their work, tardiness, cleanliness and were very respectful. I would definitely recommend Galaxy Window to anybody.

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the job that Galaxy did on our windows. We had gotten several quotes from window companies and Galaxy was definitely competitive. Demitri did a great presentation for us and was really willing to answer any questions we had. Once we had put the deposit down, Alex was great in working with us to coordinate the install date and time. The day of the actual install was seamless and we are thrilled with the windows that they installed. We know we've added a lot of value to our home.

My wife and I read the reviews for Galaxy windows, and decided to call and get an estimate. Dimitri came over and we discussed what would be best for us. He is very knowlegable with his products. We had an estimate from another window company and Dimitri gave us a very good price.
Installation was very well done, we are very happy with the windows and install. Dimitri aims to please. He went around to check and make sure everything was done right. His crew cleaned up afterwards too.

Needed to replace failing original windows in newer home, chose Galaxy over two other companies we contacted for the job. Their quote was the lowest price and thorough, they were the only ones who brought an actual entire window to the first meeting. Installation was quick, and excellent, the windows are even better than we imagined. With even more windows to replace in the front of our home, we would definitely use Galaxy again for the project.

We are extremely satisfied with the work we had done by Galaxy windows. I'm no expert, but I think the windows are a very good quality and the new custom door they put in fits the very strange opening beautifully. To clarify, we inherited what looked like a homemade job on the basement door - everything was gappy and crooked. Galaxy put in an insulated door that is straight and true and fits as it should, tightly - what an improvement! We had a couple of small issues, one of which turned out not to be an issue at all, and both times Dmitri was on it right away and said they'd do whatever they needed to do to make us happy. You don't hear that very often these days! The two men who did the work (Vlad and another whose name escapes me), did it all in one day and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Only one quibble - if we had it to do over again, we might have chosen windows that were more symmetrical - on ours, the slider side of the window looks considerably smaller than its other half. I only mention this so that others will look into all options available from Galaxy, which we didn't do ( I'm sure most people would not care, but I'm a bit of a symmetry nut) All in all, a great job!
