We were very impressed with Michael's level of professionalism and experience when he inspected our home. The house he inspected was about 70-75 years old. He pointed out a variety of potential problems that warranted attention and made sure we clearly understood the results if left untreated. His recommendations gave us a good representation to how much repair was going to cost. The report was very thorough and he happily answered any questions we had regarding the condition of the house.
