Honest, genuine and definitely recommended!
I had a fireplace that was misdiagnosed by a totally different company that overcharged me like crazy. Took TWO days and they STILL didn't fix it! Now I am trying to get a refund.
I called Gasland and Klayne was able to come in the next day! Great timing. Klayne was able to fix AND diagnose in under 1 hour! Klayne was very knowledgeable and super fast! He was honest and straightforward and provided a detailed breakdown of prices he charges along with what was done. I wished I called Gasland first!!
I highly recommend them to everyone!

I have an old beast of a pressure washer that was leaking oil and I feared finding parts for it would be difficult. They we very helpful in getting me the right parts for the job and should I need a more "hands on" repair in the future I wouldn't hesitate to bring it in there. They were the recommended place to go from other stores as well with more than a few staff from "the depot" telling me to head over to Gasland for a good selection and knowledge.

Our fireplaces were really not operative any more...wood-burning, smoke coming into the house, pulling warmth out of the house instead of into it. Shopped around much the same way a previous reviewer did and found the same thing. Many places just want you to buy the flavour of the month they want to get rid of in the showroom. They aren't really concerned whether the unit is right for your house and you'll be happy with it. Gasland is just the opposite. A family-run business with really nice people and good customer service which does its best to give you a reasonable price, too.

My wife & I were in the market for gas fireplace inserts & looked at a few different stores. What we mostly found was sales people/installers who would talk about only their product & why we should buy from them right then.

When we went to Gasland, we found a no pressure sales environment, and very friendly staff. The person we dealt with, Klayne, was very friendly & very knowledgable.

They were very reasonable on the deposit amount to be paid, as well as scheduling of the install. The installer who came to our home was very friendly, professional, and very efficient at the install. He had two gas log sets removed from our two fireplaces, and two inserts installed within 5 hours.

My wife & I have done many projects & renovations over the years, and this was by far one of the easiest. The purchase process was no pressure, the scheduling was convienent, the installer was on time & very good at what he did. In the end, we now have two fireplaces that look fantastic. I think what I like most about this project, that it went exactly as planned...no hitches, no hiccups, no delays and no hidden or unexpected costs.
