From the my first enquiry, Robert and David were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Every detail of the removal procedures, especially the extra safety measures that were used were explained in detail. The crew were outstanding...punctual, neat, responsive. This was a major remediation involving the entire basement of our house. Every consideration was given to the protection of our personal belongings and the fastidious and safe removal of debris and the protection of the air quality. Some unexpected mold was found in some drywall and they were also able to remediate that appropriately as mold remediation is another part of their business expertise. The team were a pleasure to work with!

We did a lot of research and requested quotes from multiple companies and in the end, we decided to go with Templar Mould & Asbestos. It recently came to attention that our Attic might contain Asbestos. We called Templar because we seen postie reviews. Templar Came in and took 4 samples. Dave was was on time, he was respectful of my home and family and explained exactly what he was doing. in a little over 24 hours we had the results and were able to make an informed decision. I have had testing done before on something different from a different company and it took 4 days and cost 4 times as much. I will looking into have some Asbestos Siding removed next year.... Templar will be the first call I make. Very responsive at first out of all companies we contacted. After that, getting answers to the results of our tests proved difficult. Always had to pry to get more information from them. We had to contact the testing firm directly for explaination of results. Overall the test got done, though not on time as discussed. If you're looking for someone to reassure you about issues of mold, asbestos, etc, they wont put your mind to ease until you get your paper in hand.

I thoroughly recommend Templar. I don't usually take the cheapest quote but, of the quotes I received for my basement mould remediation job, they came in at the cheapest AND gave me the confidence I was dealing with professionals. In fact, their inspector David came back again when I suspected I found a new area of mould (thankfully I was wrong). They did the job as laid out in their written assessment, on time and on budget. They were all pleasant to deal with, very accommodating and explained things thoroughly without browbeating you. This is a company that cares about it's reputation and will strive to ensure a happy customer. On a personal note, it turns out my basement foundation has some serious issues which was causing the mould and they took time to give me their thoughts and recommendations on contractors.

Templar did a really good job with my asbestos removal. I thought the price was really good and their guys were good people, they cared. I will use them again if I have the chance.

What impressed us the most, besides their excellent work, is that Templar really cares about the customers! After we came back from vacation for a month, we noticed our basement was flooded, and we can see mould on the carpet. We called a few mould removal services, and Templar's Robert immediately impressed us: not only did he discussed with me to arrange the on-site service, but also he told us what we can do ourselves to remedy the problem before they come. David and other guys came right away the next day, and removed the carpets and moulded drywalls. They were very professional, kept communicating with us during their work, and they tried very hard to not remove any unnecessary walls/board/etc. Starting from the beginning they gave us the impression that it's like they are doing the job for their own house. They also showed sincere empathy to our damage, and helped us to diagnose the source of the problem. In the end the quote was very reasonable. We would strongly recommend their service without any reservations!

We had a leak in our wall which produced mold in my basement. Templar Mold Removal took care of the job in no time. It took less than a day, they were very efficient, and extremely professional. Estimate was dead on also so no additional costs which was fantastic. I would definitely deal with them again if another problem were to occur.

Our Victorian house has a dirt floor crawlspace that was full of old asbestos and pink batt insulation falling down from the floor joists and peeling off of the foundation. Templar provided a very competitive quote, and they were here within a couple of days to clean out the space. They also swept the basement for other bits of asbestos around the pipes and found some that others had missed. We especially appreciated their careful communication at all stages of the process of what they were doing and why. We would recommend them without reservation.
