We called Templar to test several materials for asbestos in our 1960s home before renovating. Robert came the next day and took several samples of flooring, walls and textured ceilings. We received the lab results quickly (3 days later) which showed a small % of asbestos in the original kitchen tile which was covered over by 1980s vintage linoleum. They came right away to work up and estimate and scheduled the flooring removal for the same week. David and his team did the removals quickly and we received the air test results from the lab within 3 days.
We'd recommend Templar to anyone who thinks they may have asbestos in their home. Their prices are fair, they were very responsive and the work was done quickly. Thanks Robert, David and the rest of your team!
