Nikolai was efficient, clean, and responsible. Most important, he was not at all fazed by my old house and its problems. His attention to detail was impressive, and over and above what I expected. And his prices are very reasonable. Framing, finish carpentry, tile, drywall, electrical--a superior handyman. And his suggestions regarding design were exactly right.
