Richard cuts corners, does sloppy work, and then makes excuses. We tried several times to work with Richard to fix some issues that needed immediate attention to no avail. We had to find someone else to fix his work. He built the shower with the door frame exposed causing a major mold issue. The vent in the kitchen fan wasn't open. The home humidifier has never worked. The electrical panel is a mess. Richard doesn't get permits and does things his own way.
