The installers were very polite,clean in appearance ,tidy on the job-no mess left for me to clean up and went about their work without myself and my neighbours deafened by loud music.
However I am not too happy with their head office. I was told I would receive an information package-re: operating and cleaning instructions after my cheque cleared..I requested this information at least three times and I am still waiting (since August 2012)
I now feel that once they have your money they don't care and now have doubts that if I have any problems with the windows they too will be ignored .Nov8/12 I am pleased to now say that the information I requested has been received via e-mail
and have updated my score for this company accordingly

Landmark installers were professional, clean and courteous. The guys were great and offered very helpful solutions to solve the issue we had about the wrong door being sent. We are very pleased.

John and his wife were very good at showing us how to work our new window and answered any questions we had. They worked quietly and cleaned up as they went. We were very pleased with our window and with them as installers. They were very efficient and were gone sooner than we thought they would be leaving very satisfied customers.

I had three windows installed back in 2010 and two this year (2012). I requested the same installer this time around as love his work and very prompt. The installer is Dave Boucock.
