Amazed at how fast they were - looks great and no mess left behind at all...no more cold wind on the back of my neck when sitting on the couch!

Great windows, great workers, attentive, safe, knowledgeable, teamwork, personable. Workers arrived on time, finished on time, left the work area tidy. Explained what they were doing and why.

The workmanship was very good. My only complaint would be re: communication. We placed our order in November however did not hear back from the company until the first week of January. It would have been nice to have received some idea as to when the work might be completed. Several phone calls were not returned.

Terrible workmanship. Multiple no show-no calls terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend it i would rather go out of my way to warn others of the nightmare they could end up in. So far I have warned one potential customer and after seeing for themselves they went with a local company

In they broke my tiles not happy about that and I sent a email out to you guys but no responses n calling the company is awful

While the window work in the basement appears to be okay. It's had to tell as we are in the throws of winter.
The front door however needs some attention as the foam is leaking out on the outside.
I have called for a week and they haven't gotten back to me. I don't know how thermal it will be if the foam that is supposed to keep it airtight is leaking out.

The work was completed in a timely fashion, great cleanup, no mess left, workers friendly.

The work on all of our windows was done and completed satisfactorily. There has been great improvement in the warmth in our home and even the heat distribution is improved . (ie there are no cold spots) There was one exception.. three basement windows were not framed with outside frames ... however there is no problem with them. They are three windows in the basement and are only accessible under a deck that is on the back of our house. Both of the installers (front window and the basement window installers ) and I agreed that if there is no real use except for esthetics that they could be left as is without the frames. It is difficult for anyone to crawl under there and reach the windows except for a "little" person like I. I may even do that when we get Summer. No one sees this or even knows they are there. Otherwise every thing is excellent.

The only good part of the entire company was the installers.
The sales rep was ignorant after the 30% received. The entire team at Landmark are trained to be dishonest. I went through several project managers and office people.
The project was not completed in a promised timely manner.
Never would I recommend anyone I know to use this company.
