I was very pleased with the service I received - Rick is really a great customer service oriented person - Jeremy and his crew were very
efficient when installing the windows - and laid tarp and covered the furniture and cleaned up after - They were prompt - efficient and I would highly recommend them to my friends - Laura and Shawna also were very helpful with my inquiries - Everyone at Old West are just so friendly and it is easy to deal with them - I had a leaky window and Rick came out and sealed it up until my windows arrived- I was pretty stressed out each time it called for rain prior to
him sealing it - after he did that - everything was okay and he also
installed the windows as soon as they came in to the shop -
I appreciated his understanding and kindness to my situation -
The windows look great - also Cory and Mike were great as well
fixing a lock on the window - Great People at Old West Windows and Doors -
