When I hired Kendra (Walls for Life aka Creative Concepts), she seemed personable and pleasant. She showed up on time and sent the estimate when she said she would. Although she was quite expensive, I hired her because I thought at that price she had to do a good job. She quoted at $30 per hour and said that it would take a week to a week and a half.
In the end, she was there only 22 hours (in essence, charging $100 per hour). The work was sloppy. Wall paint was on the freshly painted trim, the thermostat, door handles, my fabric blinds and other finishes. The paint on the the doors have started peeling and show major stroke brushes.
I contacted her to have this rectified on numerous occasions through e-mail and voicemail. She has not responded. Once she has the money, you will never see her again.
