Natanael and his professional, personable crew did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our townhouse adding a new deck to back the house (ground and second floor), a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finishing up the laundry room and adding pot lights to the entire house. They are an incredibly hardworking team and committed to getting the work done on time and on budget.

Before starting work, Natanael provided us with a detailed outline of the work to be done, a cost break down and a payment timeline. We always knew what to expect.

Natanael was always available by phone, text or email for any questions and provided us with great ideas. He was also extremely flexible, accommodating our many changes along the way (thank you!!). Nataneal and his team take great pride in what they do - their quality work speaks for itself!

I worked with Natanael and his very competent team for a 2nd time. This time the team tackled my Master bedroom, office and 3rd floor attic space. All three areas were in desperate need of insulation. Those areas were completely gutted and insulated with spray foam. The ceiling was raised in the attic and master bedroom to give them a real spacious feeling. A new party wall was erected in the attic as there was a part of the attic that was shared with the attached neighbour. The attic space was very efficiently designed and all the little nooks were properly used to minimize any wasted space. There was a lot of new electrical work required as well. I had built-in drawers and shelving installed in the attic and the master bedroom. Natanael's team also installed beautiful brand new windows on the front of my house. I am very pleased with all the light that is let in the house now. It was a pleasure to work with Natanael's team. Antonio, Anibal, and Danny were very hard working and good at what they did. They showed up every day bright and early with a cheerful attitude and put in very long hours to ensure that the work was done properly, and on time. Natanael was very good at making sure everyone kept to the schedule and managed all the various trades people well. He was very flexible and always had very good suggestions for improvements. The whole thing took just over 2 months and the guys were here every day. I would highly recommend them and would work with them in the future.

This was our second time working with P&P. They had previously done our kitchen and we brought them back to renovate our basement, front mudroom and do some upgrades on the exterior of our house. Once again we really enjoyed working with the whole crew - everyone was friendly, respectful and very clean. The project was completed on time and turned out great. There was an issue after the project was done and P&P had to come back to fix some damage, but they dealt with it well and fixed everything as needed. We're very happy with the work and will definitely reach out again for the next project!

We hired Natanael and his team on two seperate occasions. Firstly to add a third bedroom addition and renovate the bathroom on our second floor and thereafter to renovate the second floor to increase closet space and re-do the floors.

The team are highly skilled, do great work and very respectful in your space. They have really helped us maximize our second floor in a typical older east end house. We highly recommend!

We hired Nataneal to renovate our semi-detached house after family/friends had recommended P&P.
They were fantastic! Nataneal is a great contractor that understood our needs and had additional amazing ideas for maximizing our available space in an appealing design. His team is also very courteous and hard working.

We hired P&P General Contracting to complete a outdoor renovation for us. We wanted our porch replaced with composite decking and new railings; cedar wall and ceiling installed; a new stone walkway and retaining wall installed and new eaves and siding put in. From our first meeting to our final inspection, communication with Natanael and his team was exceptional. We were kept up to date every step of the way and felt very much a part of the process the entire duration of the project. Natanael arranged for all the different services we required and we did not have to source these ourselves, and every company he sourced was professional, easy to work with, considerate, and on time. After work was done each day, the crew fully cleaned up. Our project was done on time and on budget. My husband and I are repeat customers of P & P General Contractors. We have had several reno projects completed by them, both big and small and we've never been disappointed! They completed renovations for us at our old house, and now we are slowly renovating our new "fixer upper". Recently we had most of our main floor renovated by Natanael and his team. This included our kitchen (which involved knocking down the wall that separated it from the dining area), the powder room, laundry room, hall closet, upstairs ensuite, new hardwood floors and new tile in the entryway and kitchen. We also had a custom sliding door installed, as well as new windows in the other rooms mentioned. As always, Natanael and his team were amazing. They tried their best to minimize the effect the renovations had on us. They covered the stairs and basement with plastic barriers to reduce movement of plaster and sawdust. Natanael worked with us on the design of our kitchen, including the layout of the island and appliances and making helpful suggestions along the way. I had also requested a rather tricky type of transition between the hardwood and the tiles in my hallway. Natanael looked at examples of what I had envisioned, and he worked hard to make my vision become reality. Everywhere we look, the results are absolutely stunning. We are so happy with what seems like a brand new house! When friends and family visit, they all say they can't recognize the place...it just looks so good!
