My 2nd engagement with Rocco, and it's been a stellar experience like the first one! Fast, efficient, and thorough! I needed some renovations done, and within a week, all the drawings, permit applications were completed and submitted! Architalcan looks out for the best interests of their clients!

Sales rep was knowledgeable and very flexible with our schedule to come talk to us. Quality product and the Rocco was profesional and left my house so clean. Had all my windows and back door replaced. Definitely would recommend this company.

It's always difficult to select a contractor but we have hit on the perfect choice. Rocco worked closely with us from beginning to end with good recommendations and solutions. I used Rocco recently to legalize my basement apartment. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I had consulted two other firms with good Homestars reviews who told me that I did not have the ceiling height to legalize. Rocco was able to give me advise on how to work with the ceiling height I had. The work permit from the City came within a few weeks without any back and forth. I will use him again for any other projects I have and have not issue recommending him.

Rocco carefully reviewed the permit drawings, estimated the work and finished within the expected budget within 7 months, Lots of stress for me as a home owner due to this major renovation, but the process went smooth and I am happy with my new home now. Rocco has gone above and beyond to work with us to tackle renovations on a historical building with challenges including old plumbing, rotting sub floors, etc. He worked in a very tight budget and gave us the crucial repairs and look we were seeking in those areas. After purchasing a bungalow I have planned adding a legal basement suite. It has been a lot of work, but when I was ready to tackle a good share of the work Rocco was there every step of the way.
