Rocco help us get all the permits and approval required to move some structural walls, remove some non structural walls and open up some entry doors into various rooms as well as plumbing permits needed to add double sinks to my washroom vanities and move plunking pipes. Rocco made the process very painless as he guided us through every step of the process - from the initial consultation where he measured the house to the pre design stage where we were able to make changes and onto the final approval and permitting process. Rocco called me from Miami while on vacation and was able to make some edits and have them updates with the city. Overall Rocco was very professional and knowledgeable and was always available to answer any question I had. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.
