This is the second time I have used Rocco's services. He is very knowledgeable and helped me maneuver through any challenges we had to deal with. Rocco's helped us through comittee of adjustements and also to get our permits very quickly. I was astounded by Rocco's response time as he was tireless through the entire process from the begining stages to helping us with estimations through permit application and even helped us onsite while work was being done when minor changes were decided on last minute.
Would recommend Rocco to anyone that is looking to manage a successful project.
