Shirley is personable and pleasant to deal with BUT with we had to deal with damage to newly laid flagstone and lights from her inexperienced crews. In no case was the damage owned up to. We had to point it out and get her to repair or pay for it each time which is not the most comfortable of situations.
As the other reviews warned (and we ignored) we too has issues with neighbours who felt mistreated and disrespected by Shirley. For some reason she doesn't seem to care what they think or what they say even though WE have to live with them for the next 20 years long after she has moved on. Very short-sighted.
Reluctantly ended up firing her mid job after numerous complaints on the same day from BOTH neighbours about her sloppy worksite practices and attitude with them when they complained to her. All in all a very stressful and disappointing experience which set our renovation project back 4 months.
