We wanted our carpets cleaned before we moved into the house. We heard about this company through the Internet. We weren't happy with the service. We called them and made an appointment, but they wanted to cancel on us. But we told them we needed the carpets cleaned that day. So they decided to book us in the late afternoon. Our parents were in town, but couldn't stay with us, so they had to stay in a hotel room for the night. So the company gave us a $100 discount for all that hassle. But even with the discount, we weren't satisfied. The carpets weren't clean. The stains were still there. They just used a carpet cleaner that can be rented at any grocery store. We liked the fact that they use environmentally friendly products, but the job wasn't done right.

I am sorry to read this negative review of our company's service.
The client contacted us for a carpet cleaning, we booked it. We did not ask to cancel the carpet cleaning, rather, we asked to move the time. It is also incorrect that we use a grocery store machine. We actually use a self-contained Karcher extractor that is a commercial machine and very powerful. If the client had contacted us directly and communicated her dissatisfaction, we would have been happy to re-clean the carpets, but we were not contacted and therefore could not address the situation. Perhaps the client has confused the factual details due to the fact that this cleaning was completed over a year ago.
