After noticing a small water leak in my basement, John was recommended to me for identification of the source of the leak. With the use of an infrared camera, John was able to show me not only the water leak damage but also the heat loss as a result of the location of the source of the leak.
In addition to water leak location services, John performs home inspections as well. While at my home to locate the water leak, John also went out of his way to look at a few areas in my basement with me in preparation for listing my house for sale. His personable nature and patience for explaining possible issues/recommendations for fixing problem areas etc was very much appreciated and I have now hired John for a home inspection on a house purchase as well.
