This isn't the first time I have used Mr. Rooter, but the first time I have written a review. The technicians are professional, friendly and really know their craft, but the best way to describe them is tenacious. They all work really hard to get to the root of the problem (no pun intended) and leave no stone unturned, when looking for a solution. Phil, Dave, Seb, Ted, et al, do a great job, every time.

The drain to the sewer was clogged under the basement floor resulting in laundry tub not draining. Mr. Rooter was able to get a plumber to my house within 2 hours of my call. Guy Gratton arrived on time and explained clearly the issue, the risks and how he would proceed. Within an hour, he cleared the drain. He also cleaned the work area. Guy Gratton is personable and very easy to deal with.

I am fully satisfied by his work and Mr. Rooter's prompt respionse.

Dave Moulton did an excellent job clearing the drain blockage and was very patient with his explanations about system issues including installation mistakes made seventy years ago when our house was built.

The response came in good order and the servicemen were courteous and efficient. There were a number of challenges in getting the job finished (weather, for the most part: snow plus exceedingly cold temperatures), but John was very pleasant to deal with, explained the work clearly, and did what he promised to do. We had a cast iron sewage pipe, probably original to our 100 year old home, needing to be replaced. Jeremy came in on a Saturday and did a fantastic job of assessing the problem and getting the work done. It was a seamless job thanks to his skill, and I appreciated being left with a basement as clean as it was before Mr. Rooter came. They also replaced our sub-pump, and provided an assessment of our exposed piping in general. Hugely appreciated the congenial and professional service. Thank you!

I called Mr Rooter for a clogged drain. A service professional came out that same day. Jeremy La Salle did the work and he was EXCELLENT, very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy explained all my options, including looking at plumbing in the rest of the house and he was very patient with my questions. He unplugged the drain efficiently and cleaned the mess up after he was done. He was very polite and wore "slippers" while in the house so as not to make a mess. GREAT service and although a bit expensive I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr Rooter!!!

I contacted Mr Rooter by e-mail and they responded quickly. The service man, David Moulton, arrived during the assigned time the next morning. He was courteous, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, found my problem, and corrected it! He was not rushed and took all the time I needed to understand. He then proceeded to do a free plumbing check of the whole house for me. Very impressed!

No hot water one day last week then again last couple of days. Rental tank service guy said the mix valve was probably clogged/corroded and needed to be replaced and recommended a plumber do the job. I called Mr Rooter and within an hour and a half Guy arrived. He was very courteous and explained what had to be done, saying there probably wouldn't need to be sawdering but if so then it would be more than he quoted. He didn't need to and he asked me if i was satisfied with the current temp. He turned it up a bit and the job was done. Perfect. He then did a quick review of all the plumbing explaining things as he went. I have a leaking fill valve that I cleaned out a week ago and it is starting to leak again. Guy took a look and suggested what needed to be changed and tips on how to proceed. The call was a bit more than i was expecting to pay but I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Guy! 9*
