Hi Homestars.This is a great site and how we found 416-So-CLEAN. We read the great reviews and called them. Scheduling the appointment was tricky because we wanted to coordinate with taking the pup in to the vet. No problem with (SO-CLEAN), they accommodated our request right away. Adel and Matt arrived on time, were very professional and did an excellent job with both our wall to wall and area rug carpets. They took the time needed to get out a couple of tricky stains and left us with great instructions on next steps. Also left a container of spot remover. Overall, we were very impressed.
One caution though, it was a very muggy (42 Humidex) day and with the door open and truck running - need to be cautious of CO entering house. But the air, or lack of outside, and the inability to open windows due to the heat, did not help the situation.
