We used So-clean after reading the reviews here in HomeStars. My mother was selling her house and the carpeting was badly soiled. We had given up on the white broadloom so much that we didn't even remark when other workers were trekking in mud on their boots.
The communication was great. Quick, courteous and professional, I really couldn't ask for more. The technician who arrived was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard.
The broadloom came up beautifully, it was astounding. Our goal was just to brighten it up and have it smell fresh and clean and they surpassed it by leaps and bounds.
I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my own house in the very near future.
