I contacted Patrick in the Spring and then again in the Summer to obtain a quote on replacing my roof shingles as well as soffits, fascia, eaves, downspout and add leaf guard. He was prompt and efficient in his quote. He quoted the job separately. We decided to go with this company based on their reviews and company history. The roof was scheduled for the first week in October and the Aluminum was scheduled for October 25th and 26th. The roofing guys did an excellent job. came in around 8:30 am and was done on time and did an excellent job cleaning up.

My only issue was with the Aluminum work. I called two days before to confirm the job was on scheduled and was given the OK. On the first day of the job I had to call the office and then Patrick at around 10 am. when no one showed up. Only to find out that the job was scheduled for the next day. It was not a weather issue and no suitable explanation was given, not to mention no advance notice of the change. (I was told that I would have received a call by 10:30 that morning) Very disappointing at the time as it was a wasted day on my end as well, not to mention it also affected other work I had planned at my home. It was safe to say a bit more customer service was required here.

In any event the gang showed up the next day around 8:30 am and worked till about 7 pm. They had to come back the next morning and finish up a few loose items. (a relief as I thought the remainder of the work would have to be rescheduled) I am pleased with the work so far.

If I am to make a suggestion: This type of work is often scheduled well in advance. A much needed improvement in customer service would be a courtesy call to the client the day before as a reminder of the upcoming work. Serves to confirm things are on track barring any unforeseen situations. This was lacking for the roofing work and the Aluminum. I had to call to confirm.

This company has replaced 4 roofs for myself and my daughters ,the first time about 15 years ago when they were known as UXDO CONTRACTING INC. and the last one was on October 14 ,2016 as PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS. Through my many experience with the company, spanning many years, I feel compelled to make this comment.
Their personnel are always very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dealing with them is a pleasure! At the time of the roof replacement, the surrounded areas were protected with tarp and at the end of the day, all the areas affected by their work, including the neighbour’s properties, were thoroughly cleaned. Every time that we have had any problems or concerns regarding their work, we have always received a prompt response and solution to our complete satisfaction.
In the past we have recommended this company as we will continue to do in the future.

Had a new roof installed in 2008. Got a warranty of 15 years in workmanship and 30 years for materials. A year ago I started having this funny smell in one bedroom. I verified it was not an animal, but after investigation I found out it is the insulation in my attic. During this investigation, I noticed the roof deck is very curved/sagging and can collapse at any time. I remember at the installation time that company asked to replace boards that were damaged and I agreed - they replaced 18 boards. Their workmanship warranty DOES not cover anything related to the plywood they used. Now my question is why not? It was their decision not to replace boards - that means they took responsibility to evaluate and install on those boards - they deemed them okay at the time. I bet many people think they are covered for 10-15 years but now I have a failed roof that I need to replace ahead of time..... $$$$$. Oh, and they are not coming out to check unless there is a leak in the roof... I am not impressed and I advise anyone to ensure they are properly covered. I was happy with their work and the condition of the roof was the leas of my worry as I thought it was an 8 year old roof that does not need to be replaced yet...

We had our roof replaced today and are very pleased with the quality of work. The crew arrived early and were very polite and professional. Not only did they do a good job but our property is cleaner than before they arrived. Good job and will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

After getting quotes for several companies, Professional Roofers offered the best package. Our roof was in rough shape and was long overdue to be re-done. Patrick and the team at professional roofers were efficient, easy to communicate with and they did a fantastic job on our roof.

These guys were on my short list to get quotes BECAUSE of home stars. Price was in the middle. Choosing a roofer was scary to me because having a poor job would be devastating. I'm EXTREMELY picky and involved with anyone working on my things.
All that was put to Rest with the crew. Jonathan was very courteous and informative. He laid the work out very clearly and the estimate did not change. The roofers endured 44c that day and truly worked their a$$ off. (They really appreciated Us keeping them hydrated with Frosties!). They did a FANTASTIC job. Fernando was patient and answered any and all questions after he inspected my roof (he shows up to do the final inspection and collect $). The roofing process made a humongous mess all around the house but they cleaned everything up! The only thing I'd recommend for the homeowner is to buy a magnet on wheels (i.e. Princess auto: 35$) because they left dozens of old nails and razor blades behind all over the grass. That was my only disappointment. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I used this company to do my roof and it's warranted for 10 years. My sister also used this company for her roof. Within a year both our roofs leaked and there was water damage to the ceiling. They came and fixed mine but couldn't find my sister's problem...she had to go up and see for herself and tell them what the problem was before it got fixed. They rechecked my roof last year before the warranty expired and told me that's it's no good and I need to call the tile company. Well why should I have to do that??? A roof that only lasts 10 yrs. is ridiculous....I do not recommend this company.

We're happy with roof and work that the roofers did. The roofers worked very hard and were very nice to talk to. Their recommendations in terms of colours and their warranty and price were both good.

Based on previous reviews, I requested a quote from Professional Roofers and am glad I did. From start to finish it was an easy process. They did the written quote in person to ensure what I required, and what they would provide, was fully understood and agreed to. The installers arrived at the agreed date/time and immediately got to work. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, including cleaning the eaves troughs and using a 'magnetic broom' to ensure there were no nails in my driveway. Immediately upon completion, a quality control manager arrived and went up on the garage roof to review the work. The estimator, installers, and quality control manager were all very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future roofing needs.
Note: Our price included stripping/disposing the old shingles and putting new 'Premium' shingles on. We received a similar quote from another company (within $100) however it did not include stripping the old shingles, and only provided 'Basic' new shingles.

I wish every contractor or anyone involved in providing a service can take a page out of this companies rule book on how to provide stellar customer service and stick by what you advertise. From my first call to my initial meeting with Sebastian to the crew showing up 15 minutes before the scheduled time, these guys were truly unbelievable. My roof and the eaves look amazing and all this was done within two days with no mess, no issues since and a true value add. One company I called wanted to charge close to double for less work. Sebastian gave me the initial quote and stood by it right until the the job was completed. Professional Roofers has to be the best in the business. Can't thank you guys enough for the work you did and the superb customer service that you provided. Great Job guys!!!!
