Our furnace was not functioning during a very chilly day. The company was responded and sent some tech. to check within 24 hours, and able to determine the problem in very short time, which was caused by a malfunction component on the furnace; The same problem had tried to repair by another contractor, and replace the PCB board and charging lots of money without fixing the problem. Also, they explained to us with their professional points of view to convince us to replace our old appliance and saving our money in the future.
