Basement renovation after flood.

Owner / operator not trust worthy, cheap short cuts taken.

First, did not give accurate estimate of time line. Took 50% longer.
Second, used inferior left overs from other projects. For example, used different colour white tiles in bathroom. "White is white...right?" NO! So many things were done wrong, I don't have the room to list them all.
